Position Overview:As a Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products. This role plays a critical part in optimizing supply chain processes, reducing lead times, and supporting production scalability. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in vendor management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.As a Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in vendor management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support production and operational goals.Manage procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships.Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate forecasting to meet demand.Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery.Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration.Direct and monitor the activities of manufacturing Partner / Contract manufacturer and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs.Proactive planning for risk buy items by monitoring Market Lead times and OptiGrid production schedules.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.5+ years of experience in supply chain or operations management within a high technology field.Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Familiarity with compliance and safety standards in manufacturing environments. Preferred Skills:Experience with ERP systems (Genius), PLM Tools (Arena PLM) and supply chain software.Knowledge of energy technology or EV infrastructure industry.Managing alternate suppliers for PCBA and component suppliers.Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
