If you join our team, they will.ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for processing referrals from multiple digital sources including Insurance companies, direct websites and fax referrals.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesProcess assigned electronic referrals within the same day; referral tracking and follow-upAssist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments for all physiciansMaintain patient information and data integrity in the systemsCommunicate with clinical teams and providers as necessary regarding appropriate patient schedulingAttends all required staff and educational meetingsThis position is also responsible for assisting with incoming call overflow, on an as needed basisOther duties as assignedCertificates, Licenses, and/or RegistrationsNoneManagement ResponsibilitiesNot responsible for hiring, firing, performance reviews, or corrective action.QualificationsQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
