TEST Cultivation Team

Green Gold Group is looking for dedicated, passionate people to join our cultivation team. As a team member you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining high quality and healthy plants and participating in the harvest and refreshing of all grow rooms. Job Duties and Responsibilities: As a member of the grow team, you will be responsible for all aspects of cannabis growing and cultivation. Growers will help implement strategic plans for the daily operation of cloning, planting, feeding and harvesting Growers will dispose of waste products following strict inventory control procedures and guidelines as outlined by the state. Growers work as part of a team to maintain healthy cultivation of plants, maintaining strict adherence to inventory controls and procedures as they are transported between rooms, throughout the different stages of development. Job Physical Requirements: Able to stand or walk for long periods of time. Able to periodically bend, reach, and squat. Able to physically lift at least 60 lbs. Job Qualifications: Ability to move from one task to another with efficiency. Must be 21 years of age to apply Must be able to provide necessary documentation for employment in the United States Satisfactory completion of background/CORI check mandatory for employment
