This position is responsible for transforming kitchens and bathrooms through high-quality cabinet refacing installations. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, takes pride in craftsmanship, and enjoys delivering an exceptional customer experience.This role works in customers homes and requires professionalism, problem-solving skills, and the ability to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.ResponsibilitiesInstall cabinet refacing materials including veneers, laminates, and finished componentsRemove and replace cabinet doors, drawer fronts, hinges, and hardwareMeasure, label, and organize cabinet components accuratelyPrepare cabinet surfaces for refacing applicationsInstall moldings, fillers, trim, toe kicks, and accessoriesAdjust and align doors and drawers for proper fit and functionOperate hand tools and power tools safely and effectivelyMaintain a clean and organized work area inside customer homesProtect customer property using proper masking and containment proceduresCommunicate professionally with customers regarding project progressComplete projects according to company quality standards and timelinesLoad/unload materials and maintain company vehicles and equipmentIdentify and communicate project issues or change ordersSkills We ValueDetail-oriented craftsmanshipPositive attitudeDependabilitySelf-motivationProblem-solvingTime managementTeam player mindsetPride in delivering excellent workExperience4+ years experience in carpentry with cabinet refacing experience
