Zink Foodservice associates work hard and play hard while managing a great work/life balance.Job SummaryThe Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for assisting with the company’s outgoing payments and ensuring that all financial obligations are met accurately and on time. This role involves processing invoices, verifying financial data, and maintaining organized records of transactions.Key General ResponsibilitiesReview, verify, and process vendor bills, ensuring accuracy in amounts, coding, and approvalsRespond to Vendor questions and inquiries via Netsuite CasesReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally.Maintain organized and up-to-date AP records in our accounting systemCollaborate with procurement and finance teams to streamline bill and payment workflows.Process drop shipment bills and corresponding customer invoicesAssist with month-end closing by providing accurate AP reports and accruals.Qualifications1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting roleProficiency with accounting software (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft ExcelStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.Excellent communication skills for working with vendors and internal teams.A proactive, problem-solving mindset—able to spot and resolve issues before they escalate.WHY ZINK?Competitive hourly wage or salary (based on experience)Health, dental, vision, life insurancePaid time off and holidays401(K) and ESOPWe run on EOS.A team-first culture with ongoing professional development.Apply Today
