What You'll Do Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, and email Build relationships and understand customer needs Schedule appointments for the sales team Follow up to keep conversations moving Keep customer activity organized in our system This is a communication and appointment-setting role. You will not be responsible for selling vehicles. What to Expect Day to Day Handle incoming customer inquiries throughout the day Communicate with customers via phone and text Set and confirm appointments Follow up with leads Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment No two days are the same, and the day goes by quickly.
