These projects include high-profile commercial, healthcare, institutional, and mission-critical facilities, representing flagship work within a nationally recognized mechanical construction portfolio.About the RoleThis is a high-visibility leadership opportunity overseeing HVAC and mechanical systems, financial performance, project operations, and executive-level client relationships across all phases of construction.ResponsibilitiesLead all mechanical and HVAC construction scopes on large-scale projectsOversee preconstruction, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and full P&L accountabilityDrive scheduling, manpower planning, procurement strategy, and operational executionServe as executive liaison with ownership, design teams, and key project stakeholdersManage and mentor Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and field leadershipEnsure safety, quality assurance, commissioning readiness, and risk mitigationDeliver project performance aligned with corporate financial and operational goals Qualifications10+ years of progressive mechanical / HVAC construction management experienceProven leadership on complex mechanical projects valued at $100M+Experience in commercial, healthcare, institutional, or mission-critical construction preferredStrong background in budgeting, cost control, and client-facing leadershipExperience overseeing multi-year programs or large mechanical scopes/divisionsWillingness to travel full-timeSenior Mechanical / HVAC Project Managers with large project experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
