This is an active, field-based leadership role-not an office-bound position. If you want year-round employment building world-class indoor and outdoor wellness environments, this is your next career move.What You Will Be DoingIn this role, you will be the on-site technical authority, ensuring every build meets our "Better, Best, Elite" standards:Player-Coach Leadership: Lead job sites from the front, actively participating in installations while mentoring and guiding English- and Spanish-speaking crew members.Technical Diagnostics: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electronic and plumbing systems on the fly-specifically Watkins, Gecko, and Balboa platforms.Systems Integration: Ensure the seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) and thermal systems on high-tech pools, luxury hot tubs, saunas, and cold plunges.Site Management: Coordinate and direct subcontractors, taking full ownership of site-level scheduling, inspections, and overall project flow.Professional Representation: Act as the face of Hamptons Happiness on job sites, representing management and maintaining trust with elite clientele.What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)Experience: Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in field-based construction or technical leadership.Bilingual Leadership (Required): Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, lead, and teach technical skills in both English and Spanish.Specialized Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of spa and wellness systems-specifically within the Watkins, Gecko, and Balboa platforms.Technical Literacy: Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) literacy.Project Management: Skilled in overseeing subcontractors, managing project flow, and maintaining strict accountability in the field.Licensure: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Note: No formal education or specialized licenses are required for this role-your hands-on skills, expertise, and leadership are what matter most!Compensation & Premium BenefitsWe believe in rewarding top talent who do extraordinary things.
