Job TitleSalary: $11.00 per hourMain ResponsibilitiesPerform the collection, transport, and delivery of equipment, materials, merchandise, documents, and correspondence between clients, suppliers, and company offices, including returns and installations.Support installation operations and projects, ensuring compliance with itineraries, deliveries, and operational requirements of the department.Manage diligence in government agencies, banks, mail, and other entities as per operational needs.Coordinate and support corporate activities, including transportation of materials, equipment, visitors, and interdepartmental support when required.Visit clients to collect information, take actions, and validate requirements related to equipment and projects.Maintain a professional conduct oriented to customer service, compliance with internal policies, teamwork, and continuous support to the organizational culture.RequirementsFourth year of high school completed.Minimum one (1) year of experience in similar functions.Valid category 4 ("Heavy") driver's license and good driving record.Excellent customer service skills and verbal communication in Spanish.Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.Basic knowledge in Microsoft Outlook and basic computer tools.Availability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays, as per operational need.Employer with Equal Employment Opportunity.
