Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant Prosper Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented professional to provide executive support while helping manage operational details that keep the company running smoothly. This person will serve as a central point of coordination across leadership, team members, clients, and internal business functions.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive and Team SupportSupport Executives and the broader team with email, scheduling, task management, and follow-up.Proactively identify outstanding needs, pull action items from others, and keep priorities moving.Maintain internal communication portals, handbooks, and shared resources.Operations and SystemsManage recurring tasks, projects, deadlines, and operational workflows.Build and maintain SOPs, company handbooks, and internal processes.Identify opportunities to automate or simplify repetitive work.Suggest where AI or automation could improve a system or process.CRM and Data ManagementMaintain accurate CRM records and strong data hygiene.Track leads, Performance Director recruits, client activity, and quarterly business data.Update CRM with quarterly record changes to profit share, staffing, debt, dashboard targets, and related reporting.New Client OnboardingPrepare contracts and move new clients into Prosper Group systems.Coordinate onboarding, foundation meetings, homework follow-up, and welcome materials.Ensure internal teams have the information and resources needed to support each client.Client and Team SupportAssist clients with small projects, documents, portals, and ongoing needs.Support Performance Directors and Portfolio Managers with onboarding, communication, and resources.Coordinate client feedback, appreciation, and “wow” initiatives.Travel and EventsCoordinate travel, itineraries, conferences, meetings, and company events.Manage related scheduling, materials, logistics, and follow-up.Financial AdministrationProcess weekly profit transfers, data imports, audits, and system synchronization.Pay bills, log receipts, and connect QuickBooks entries to the correct client or vendor.Enter Portfolio Manager and Performance Director transaction splits.Maintain the retainer-earned checklist and prepare monthly team payments.Qualifications3+ years of experience in executive support, business operations, project coordination, or a similar role.Highly proactive, organized, and able to keep multiple priorities moving without constant direction.Strong follow-through and the confidence to pull information, decisions, and action items from others.Experience building SOPs, maintaining internal documentation, and improving operational processes.Comfortable working with CRM systems, QuickBooks Online, financial data, and business software.Strong written communication, attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion with confidential information.Apply now and you will be contacted ASAP.Hours: Part-time (15-25 hours/week)Availability: 10am to 2pm MSTLocation: Remote in Denver, CO. Compensation: $28-35/hr (depending on experience)
