Serve as IT Project Manager byspearheading the development and implementation of new technologyapplications & systems. Strong technical expertise in coding,web development, system administration, desktop\support, data analysis and data visualization. Establish robust datagovernance policies and procedures. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and\motivate a team. Provide strategic vision, mentoring & leadership for ateam of IT professionals. Responsible for innovating and maintainingtechnology operations to include administration, network management,systems, software, cyber security and backup and emergency recoveryplans. Advises executive & senior leadership on financial implicationsof technology programs for the organization. Ability to effectivelycommunicate complex technical information to both technical andnon-technical stakeholders. Experience in driving innovation andintroducing new\technologies to enhance business processes. Cultivate strongrelationships & establish partnerships with external vendors andconsultants. Track record of successfully scaling technologyinfrastructure to support company growth and expansion. Familiarity withagile development methodologies and modern software engineeringpractices. Administers programs within approved budget parameters,including allocation of financial, technology, and staff resources.Develops and implements business continuity protocols to minimizedisruption to business operations in the event of emergency situationsor data loss. Establishes efficiency and efficacy standards, providingrecommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure. Ensure HIPAA,FERPA, PHI and PCI compliance is always maintained.
