This isn’t just about reporting numbers - it’s about bringing clarity, structure, and insight to how the agency operates and grows.You’ll own the financial function end-to-end: reporting, forecasting, cash flow - while helping strengthen the systems and processes behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with leadership, contribute to key decisions, and make sure the business has the information (and discipline) it needs to move forward with confidence.Day to day, that means overseeing accounting operations (A/R, A/P, HR Administration & payroll), partnering with external advisors, and keeping everything running smoothly across finance and internal operations.You’re likely a fit if you:Think beyond the numbers and understand how they drive decisionsBring structure without slowing things downAre comfortable being hands-on while operating at a leadership levelHave a strong accounting foundation (GAAP) and experience in a growing environmentKnow your way around QuickBooks, Excel, and reporting tools
