This role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in a hospital setting.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluationsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansProvide therapy interventions in an inpatient acute care settingCollaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teamsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationEducate patients and families on treatment plans and home strategies QualificationsMaster's degree in Speech-Language PathologyActive Hawaii SLP license (or eligibility)Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferredStrong clinical and communication skillsExperience in acute care or hospital setting preferred
