Monday-Friday 6am-2pm.Responsibilities: Demonstrates and understands the functions and basic mechanical workings of assigned machines under limited supervisionFollows work order instructions and performs labeling requirementsPerforms quality tests per ISO proceduresAdheres to productivity standardsComplies with all required safety practices and use of PPEContributes primarily through execution of defined processes and procedures but may make suggestions for process improvementResolves a variety of problems of limited complexity by following highly detailed instructions or proceduresTransmits and receives basic information related to role in order to carry out dutiesBuilds productive working relationships internally, generally within immediate department or teamLearns policies and procedures and how to apply them to issues experienced in routine activitiesLearns and closely follows established processes and directionsReceives direct supervision for routine work, new projects or assignmentsTrains other team members directed by supervisor or lead.Follow Zebra shared valuesQualifications: Minimum Requirements:High School or Equivalent1 year of related experience operating finishing and or label converting equipment (die cutting, laminating, slitting, etc)Preferred Requirements:1-2 years machine operation experienceExcellent mechanical abilitiesAbility to follow written and verbal instructions.Able to work effectively with others.Basic math and computer skills.Ability to work with light to medium machineryZebra is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
