Run Specialty Store Management Trainee - Running enthusiast preferred!

The Manager Trainee presents a fast-track opportunity to a leadership role in the run specialty industry. The Manager Trainee’s objective is to learn and demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of the Runners Forum’s service model, systems and procedures; providing excellent customer service while consistently following best practices and company policies. A background with running is helpful, but not required. Responsibilities: · Acquire knowledge and skills necessary to function independently at a consistently high level of service across our fitting service model, systems and procedures. · Demonstrate understanding and execution required for training of direct reports. · Develop team members to effectively and consistently deliver our service model. · Create and promote a continuous improvement culture. · Lead through achievement of Success Through Service goals. · Assist customers in store. · Other duties as identified and/or assigned.
