Monday–Thursday, 4:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m.Some overtime available on Fridays (40+ hours)Shift Differential: $1.50/hourAreas: Pre-Fab (Laser Operator, Brake Press), Heavy Assembly, Prime/Prep, Final Assembly What You’ll Do (Description / Key Responsibilities)Build and assemble products using hand tools and detailed instructionsRead blueprints and follow measurements to ensure qualitySupport production in areas like assembly, fabrication, and finishingMaintain a safe, clean, and organized workspaceFollow job tracking and quality standards to get it right the first timeLearn materials, processes, and equipment to grow your skillsWork as part of a team to keep production moving efficientlyTake on additional tasks as needed to support the operationWhat We’re Looking For (Qualifications)1+ year of manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferredComfortable using hand tools, tape measures, and reading blueprintsStrong attention to detail and pride in quality workAbility to stay organized and manage time effectivelyWillingness to learn and cross-trainGood communication and teamwork skillsHigh School Diploma or GED preferred You’ll do well here if you:Like working with your hands and staying activeShow up reliably and take ownership of your workLearn quickly and ask questionsWork well with others and contribute to a positive team environmentHourly, Non-ExemptHourly WagePhysical RequirementsThe work environment is in a manufacturing facility where frequent interruptions, distractions, and moderate levels of noise occur.
