This role focuses on sourcing entry-level talent, managing recruitment administration, and partnering with HR to deliver a smooth and consistent onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesSource and attract entry-level and early-career candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and ATS pipelinesReview resumes and conduct phone screens to assess baseline qualifications and alignmentMaintain and organize candidate pipelines for recurring and high-volume rolesSchedule and coordinate virtual and in-person interviews with candidates and hiring teamsPrepare interview materials and maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the ATSTrack candidate progress and provide timely updates to hiring managers and internal stakeholdersAssist with verbal offers and support offer documentation in partnership with HRCoordinate onboarding logistics, including start date communication, system access, and required documentationServe as a point of contact for new hires during the pre-boarding and onboarding processSupport onboarding execution to ensure a consistent and welcoming experiencePartner with HR on onboarding projects and process improvementsPerform daily audits of ATS (Workable) and LinkedIn pipelines to ensure accuracy and follow-upTrack recruiting KPIs, including pipeline activity and time-to-fill metricsSupport career fair coordination and attendanceIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and onboarding workflowsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field1–2 years of recruiting or HR experience preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProfessional communication skillsExperience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) or ability to learn quicklyAbility to handle confidential information with discretionBenefitsCharles IT offers a competitive benefits program including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Paid Holidays, PTO, 401K, and bonuses.
