Maintenance Team Member

Location: Longfellow Hotel, Portland ME Schedule: Full Time | ~40 hours per week, weekends a must Shift: Varies but most likely 8 to 4 Pay Rate: $25.00/hour We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our Maintenance team! This is a full-time position is ideal for someone that has a wide wage of capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Works closely with the front desk, restaurant, and spa managers to understand the maintenance needs of the property. Fixing and tending two various maintenance issues including, painting, light plumbing, dry wall patch and repair, changing lighting fixtures Reporting back to managers when projects are completed in a timely manner Restocking and ensuring proper tools are on hand to fix issues that arise at a operating hotel.
