OB/GYN Upstate New York Established private practice is seeking a fulltime-permanent BC/BE Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join a reputable, well-established team Competitive base salary $300K $400K depending on experience, guaranteed for 2 3 years, with opportunity for full partnership after 2 3 years and no buy-in required Health insurance (75% family plan), life insurance ($500,000 term policy), 401K and profit-sharing programs, malpractice coverage ($1.3M / $3.6M), CME allowance of $4,000 plus 1 week, 4 weeks PTO, sign-on bonus and relocation assistance (hospital supported) 1:3, shared with two OB/GYNs and two Certified Nurse Midwives (midwives do not perform C-sections) Join two physicians, two Certified Nurse Midwives, and two Physician Assistants in a collaborative and well-supported practice Average of 425 deliveries per year; full OB and GYN services offered GE 4D Ultrasound with full-time Sonographer, Hysteroscopy, Colposcopy, LEEP, Endometrial Ablations (Mara System), and Cryosurgery Four-day work week (Monday, Thursday, Friday + flexible day), clinic hours 8 a.m. 4 p.m. Potential H-1B or J-1 sponsorship Located 40 minutes from Syracuse, 80 minutes from Utica and Rochester, and 4.5 hours from New York City; Syracuse Hancock International Airport offers direct flights to 26 major U.S. cities
