This role oversees workplace operations, food and beverage programming, vendor management, internal events, and employee experience initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service‑oriented, and comfortable partnering closely with Workplace Experience, IT, Comms & Engagement, and Executive Leadership to deliver an exceptional in‑office experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily facility operations, including repairs, maintenance, access control, security, desking, and receivingOversee on‑site food, beverage, and snack programs, including inventory, vendors, and equipment issuesManage vendor relationships (sanitation, maintenance, first aid, plants, food, etc.)Partner with Engagement and Comms teams to plan and execute monthly internal eventsSupport reception and security; welcome VIP guests, candidates, and large groupsManage seating assignments, hot‑desking requests, occupancy reporting, and parking accessHandle mail and package distributionManage workplace tickets, forms, and tracking via ServiceNow and Google toolsExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
