Job DescriptionThe IT Support Role will be responsible for these tasks:Support the company end users’ hardware and software issuesMaintain the IT printer and computer inventory sheetsCreate and maintain a software inventory and software licenses sheetsCreate and maintain an IT hardware stock inventoryTake ownership of ordering and logging the toner ordersTake ownership of the email signature updates and verify the users are updating themPerform physical moves of computers and printersReplace hard drives for existing users and configure it how the replaced drive was configuredInstall and configure desktop software on computersSetup and configure Global Protect, DUO, RDP, 8x8, O365, Malwarebytes, Static IP/DHCP addressesCreate network drive mappingsCreate NetSuite favorites/shortcutsKnow how to login as both domain and a local userAssist the IT Manager with adding and removing computers and printers from the domainAssist the IT Manager with adding and removing users from the domainAssist the IT Manager with remediating any vulnerabilities, malware or virus found on company computers monthlyAssist the IT Manager with keeping the software installed on all the company computers up to date monthlyAssist the Lead Web Developer with NetSuite and Portal requestsAssist the Lead Web Developer with writing code as neededAssist the IT department with projects as neededAssist with Part Number Requests as needed
