This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping keep homes clean and organized.Key Responsibilities· Clean residential homes (routine and deep cleaning)· Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop all areas· Clean kitchens (counters, sinks, appliances, cabinets)· Clean bathrooms (toilets, showers, mirrors, floors)· Make beds and tidy rooms as needed· Take out trash and replace liners· Follow cleaning checklists and client instructions· Use cleaning products safely· Maintain a professional attitude in client homes· Travel to multiple homes per dayRequirements· Reliable transportation with a valid drivers license· Ability to pass a background check and a drug screening· Authorized to work in the U.S.· Punctual and dependable· Strong attention to detail· Able to work independently or on a team· Good communication skills· Physically able to lift 25–40 lbs and perform cleaning tasks Preferred (Not Required)· Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience· Experience with deep cleaning or move-in/move-out jobs· Bilingual (English/Spanish) SchedulePrimarily weekdays with some Saturdays as needed.
