The AD’sprimary areas of focus will include developing a rolling two-year performance plan of visionaryshow concepts, choosing, developing, and maintaining various repertoires, planning andexecuting rehearsals, overseeing production details to aid in ensuring the vision is achieved, andserve as an essential member of the leadership team for the organization. This positionsupervises the Associate Artistic Director and/or principal accompanist, and any other futurepositions created for the artistic functions of SGMC.
