GITS Masonry is seeking an Operations Coordinator to become a key member of our team. It’s an opportunity to provide hands-on support for the company's day-to-day operations while working closely with leadership to support continued growth.
We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys variety in their work and can confidently support permitting, construction operations, real estate transactions, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with team members across the organization.

What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience with operations coordination, construction administration or related field.
Familiarity with real estate including, contracts, title, and settlement processes preferred.
Some understanding of permitting, zoning, entitlement, and construction coordination activities and processes preferred.
Self-starter, comfortable working independently with a sense of urgency and accountability.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to retain and recall project information.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace.
Notary certification or willingness to obtain certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Construction & Project Coordination activities including, but not limited to:
Assist with permitting / entitlement / pre-construction activities; track permit status and inspections as well as project requirements and timelines to ensure completion of processes in a timely manner; coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders including vendors, contractors, municipalities; maintain organized project documentation; support other team members with follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
Operations & Administrative Support activities including, but not limited to:
Serve as a liaison among multiple internal stakeholders, our customers, and other external stakeholders; proactively identify challenges and communicate to leadership with a solution-oriented approach; support leadership with scheduling, task management, and operational follow-through; prepare reports and spreadsheets.
Transaction & Settlement Coordination activities:
Coordinate communication among internal stakeholders, attorneys, title companies, and settlement agents; track transaction status and key deadlines and requirements; review documents for completeness and accuracy; maintain detailed records within company record-keeping systems.
Insurance, Licensing & Compliance:
Provide support for maintaining subcontractor insurance & licensing records and safety documentation.
Additional Responsibilities:
Provide internal and external stakeholders with excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times; maintain notary certification or willingness to obtain certification and special project and administrative initiatives as assigned.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation based on experience: Range - $60,000 - $65,000
