The team is dedicated to making this significant life change as seamless and rewarding as possible.Senior Living Advisor Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with local hospitals, social workers, and other key referral sources to generate appropriate referrals to build clientele. Serve clients and their families to ensure they are educated and supported through the touring and moving process into Independent, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities.Implement effective marketing to build community awareness, including sales calls, events, presentations and social mediaEffectively track and interpret marketing data for development and implementation of a strategic plan and objectivesConduct client discovery calls, home visits and tours to help locate senior living solutionsUtilize CRM system to reflect lead statusNotify and appropriately communicate with partnering facilities during placement processComplete quarterly marketing analysis on all senior communities to obtain accurate rates and specialsBuild a network of local moving resources to provide to clients (ie real estate agents, moving companies, attorney, financial planners, etc)Ensure placement goals are met consistentlyUphold standard of service to ensure client satisfactionSenior Living Advisor Requirements:Three (3) or more years’ experience in Marketing/Admissions in a healthcare or senior living-related fieldProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet navigationAbility to demonstrate proven success in consistently meeting or exceeding marketing targets and goalsExcellent communication and organizational skills and demonstrate the ability to work independently and with a teamSenior Living Advisor Benefits:Competitive salaryIncentive bonus planHoliday PayMileage and cell phone reimbursementsJob Type: Full-time
