Serve as the program management partner to the Head of Talent Acquisition, driving operational excellence, governance, and disciplined execution in a complex, fast-paced environment.What You’ll Do:Lead program governance, structure, accountability, and execution for the HR track of a strategic project.Translate business goals into plans, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and decision-ready recommendations.Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and status updates.Establish and maintain governance models, RACI, and meeting cadence.Develop integrated project plans, milestone tracking, and deliverable management.Monitor and report on risks, issues, actions, decisions, and budget status.Leverage Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and AI tools for collaboration and reporting.Must Have:12+ years of project/program management in semiconductor or manufacturingPMP certification in good standingAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsProven executive-facing experienceExpert at governance, RACI, milestone trackingAgile/Scrum experience in real-world programsResponsible AI tool usage, confidentiality mindsetNice to Have:West Coast locationAdvanced certifications (ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, SAFe, PgMP)Workforce planning, transformation, budgeting, and multi-team leadershipWhat Success Looks Like (First 6 Months):HR workstream is organized and disciplinedProject plans, trackers, and reporting are accurate and up-to-dateLeadership has clear visibility into progress, milestones, and risksReady for your next strategic challenge?
