First-timers accepted. License: Must have active or pending state license to apply. Certifications: BLS and state license required. Must-Have: Outpatient clinic experience required. Experience taking vital signs required. Required documentation skills: Assessment, Discharge, Short Term Goals, Time Management. Required professional skills and knowledge: Home Exercise Program, Lifting and transfer, Signs & Symptoms of physical, sexual, and psychological abuse. Description: Position requires providing physical therapy assistance in an outpatient setting. Clinician will manage an average of 9 visits per day. Facility contains 25 rooms/beds. No weekend requirements. No on-call responsibilities. Clinician will not float within the facility. Discussion of schedule and time-off requests should be conducted with the manager. Local candidates are accepted with no specified radius. Must have experience in outpatient settings and with vital sign monitoring. This position supports diverse patient demographics, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Typical patient diagnoses include neurological conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance disorders, and chronic pain. Additional skills required include strength testing, gait training, and knowledge of specialized equipment. Floating between outpatient rehab and related units may occur, with most time spent in the outpatient area. Digital charting systems will be utilized for patient documentation.
