Conduct research and analysis to support engineering projects and identify potential areas for improvement. Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify technical drawings and schematics. Assist with the fabrication and assembly of prototypes, and perform testing and calibration to ensure product performance. Manage and maintain engineering equipment and tools, and troubleshoot any technical issues. Provide technical assistance to colleagues and clients, and explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Contribute to the documentation and reporting of engineering projects, including preparing technical reports and presentations. Stay updated on the latest advancements in engineering technology and share knowledge with the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role. Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software. Knowledge of engineering principles and techniques. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
