Job Title: Concrete Laborer - General Labor Location: Baytown, TXSchedule: Full-Time | Immediate StartJob Description:We are currently hiring Concrete Laborers for immediate work in Baytown, TX. This is a general labor position supporting concrete and site prep work. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically fit, and comfortable working outdoors.Key Responsibilities:Perform general labor duties including digging, grading, and clean-upUse a shovel and other basic hand tools to assist with concrete placement and finishingSupport concrete crews with setup, forming, and material handlingMaintain a clean and safe job siteFollow direction from supervisors and work as part of a teamQualifications:Experience with hand tools (shovels, hammers, levels, etc.) is a plusMust be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditionsReliable transportation to job siteStrong work ethic and willingness to learnPrior construction or concrete experience preferred but not required
