Most of our patient base is looking to avoid joint replacement surgery. We are looking for a MD/DO to assist our patients with successful outcomes. We are an all-inclusive specialized practice, with a full physical therapy staff, MD's and PA's in our several Florida locations. About Physicians Rehabilitation Physicians Rehabilitation is a patient-focused practice that provides comprehensive care to eliminate patients pain non-surgically with five locations on the west coast of Florida. We focus on getting our patients out of joint and back pain with non surgical injections under fluoroscopy, GLP1s for weight loss and regenerative medicine for orthopedics, longevity and wellness. This current opening is for covering one or two of the offices in The Villages area - Lady Lake, FL and Wildwood, FL. Please visit our website to learn more about Physicians Rehabilitation: https://www.physiciansrehabilitation.com/ Responsibilities The doctor’s roles and responsibilities are to consult patients with joint and back pain, for weight loss and regenerative medicine offering- discuss treatment options as pertains to patient’s needs, convert patients from no cost consult to chargeable visit, discuss insurance estimate with patients, and act as site supervisor. The role is ideally 5 days per week but part time 2-3 days per week would be considered for the right candidates. We are open to either 1099 or W2 employment. We are willing to work on something that is amenable for both parties. Requirements · Florida license required · Available two to five days per week · Comfortable using fluoroscopy for intra-articular injection · Comfortability with consultations · Understanding of GLP1 medications and treating patients for weight loss to reduce pressure on joints and spine · Must have high attention to detail · Demonstrates great customer service skills · Must have positive attitude and high energy · Must be adaptable · Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills · Stay abreast of new developments and technology in the industry Why work for Physicians Rehabilitation?
