Construction Superintendent

DescriptionAyazz Construction is hiring a Superintendent to run commercial build projects in the field. This is a hands-on, boots-on-site role — you'll be the person making the schedule actually happen.Our project mix includes franchise and restaurant build-outs, multi-tenant plazas, gas stations, ground-up commercial buildings, and residential community developments — so we're looking for someone who can run a tight site across project types.What you'll own:Daily on-site supervision of subcontractors and tradesSchedule management and sequencing — keeping the critical path movingQuality control, safety, and code complianceCoordinating inspections (building, health, fire, low-voltage, fuel where applicable)Daily reporting back to the PM and office teamPunch list management and project handoverWhat we're looking for:5+ years as a Superintendent on commercial projectsStrong understanding of MEP, structural, and finish tradesRestaurant, retail, fuel, or ground-up experience a major plusAble to read drawings, redline in the field, and call out issues before they become problemsComfortable traveling — many of our projects are out of stateOSHA 30 requiredNice to have:Bilingual (English/Spanish)Experience with QSR or franchise brand standardsPer diem and travel covered.
