Assembler Job Description Summary: The primary responsibility of the position is to assemble all Aaladin products in an accurate and efficient manner. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work from drawings to assemble Aaladin, Rugged Gear, & Steel Eagle products such as gun carts, gun mounts, towtectors, small parts, reels, spinners, undercarriage cleaners, & vac systems. Exceed the production requirements set for each product. Organize and maintain drawings in an efficient manner. Maintain a neat and clean work environment. Maintain a safe work environment by following procedures and safety regulations Performs other related duties as assigned by management. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED, previous sheet metal experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Willingness to learn. Must be able to follow prints. While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is moderate. The employee must occasionally lift and /or move more than 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 33 pounds Specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used: Forklift POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday 6:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., Fridays 6:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. Schedule may vary depending on workload. Travel: Not required.
