Participate in 5-S activities. Perform all work in a safe and timely mannerReceive / visually inspect all incoming and outgoing materials for physical damage (BAS Only)Distribute parts, materials, tools and ground support equipment with regard to aircraft delivery schedules. May assist in ordering parts if required (BAS only)Verify and reconcile appropriate documentation on incoming and outgoing parts and materialsMaintain accurate inventory (via cycle counts, perpetual, work-in-progress) using computerized / manual systems to include purchased parts, manufactured parts, materials, tools, etc.Assist in loading / unloading shipmentsExecute timely Aircraft-On-the-Ground (AOG) purchase orders and Repair Station Work OrdersEnsure proper storage and packaging of all items for shipment per requirements (i.e., export compliance, hazmat shipping, parts protections and A/C schedule)Proper handling of Customer Owned Property (Green tag units – Commercial only)How To Thrive In This RoleTypically a minimum of three (3) years experience in one of the following: Warehouse, Shipping / Receiving & Tool CribBasic knowledge of purchasing, service orders/ methodsBasic knowledge of AOG proceduresTrained in Hazardous Materials RequirementsCustomer Service ExperienceAbility to multi-taskAbility to work under pressureAbility to work in a fast paced environmentAdditional Desired/Preferred QualificationsWorking knowledge of SAP (or Syteline for Commercial)Forklift QualifiedApply and join the Bombardier Team!
