We combine design, engineering, and manufacturing expertise to deliver custom solutions with speed, precision, and reliability.________________________________________Position OverviewWe're looking for a CAD Designer with strong SolidWorks and AutoCAD experience to create accurate, production-ready drawings for our manufacturing team. This role works closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to bring custom projects to life.________________________________________What You'll DoCreate 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCADDevelop complete design packages (assemblies, fabrication drawings, BOMs)Translate customer and sales requirements into clear, manufacturable designsCollaborate with Engineering on new product development, custom and non-standard projectsEnsure drawings are accurate, complete, and ready for productionSupport production by resolving design-related questions or issuesContinuously improve drawing standards, templates, and workflows________________________________________What We're Looking For3+ years of CAD design experienceStrong proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCADExperience creating detailed manufacturing/fabrication drawingsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong communication and teamwork skillsPreferred:Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, and custom productsFamiliarity with BOMs and ERP systemsKnowledge of materials such as aluminum, steel, and fabricExperience with 3D Printing, Programming (Emmegi Milling Machines, Eastman Computer Cutters, ABB Welding Robot, and Dragon Plasma Cutter)________________________________________What Success Looks LikeAccurate, production-ready drawings delivered on timeMinimal rework due to design errorsStrong collaboration with cross-functional teams________________________________________Why Join UsGrowing company with a strong reputation in the industryHands-on, team-oriented environmentOpportunity to work on custom, high-visibility projects________________________________________Apply TodayIf you're a detail-oriented CAD professional who enjoys turning concepts into real-world products, we'd love to hear from you.
