One-on-One Counseling: Private sessions with Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselors. Outpatient Group Therapy: Regular group sessions for shared recovery experiences. Treatment Coordination: Managing healthcare needs across different services for comprehensive care. Family Program: Educating and supporting families dealing with mental health and addiction challenges. Mental Health Therapy: Professional support for mental health issues like depression, anxiety, or PTSD. ARHMS: Assisting adults in developing skills for daily living and working. Housing Stabilization Services: Helping individuals find and maintain stable housing. Medication Management: Ensuring safe and effective use of medications with the help of Registered Nurses. Located in Brooklyn Park, MN, we serve the Twin Cities area, providing care directly within the community and on a one-on-one basis. LADC ROLE: Your contributions: You will be responsible for conducting assessments, implementing effective treatment plans to clients in an individual or group setting. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments Develop and implement individual treatment plans Establish treatment goals and milestones with clients Conduct Individual and Group Counseling sessions Educate families and groups on substance abuse treatments and prevention programs Supervision of RECOVERY Coaches (Certified Peer Recovery Specialists) Qualifications: Active LADC in Minnesota with 3 years of experience Previous experience in drug and alcohol counseling Able to pass a DHS licensed background study Compassionate and caring demeanor Ability to build rapport with diverse group of clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer literacy, able to navigate and use EMR system Questions?
