The Chief Marketing Officer will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals. Responsibilities include conducting market research, managing marketing efforts, devising market plans, overseeing public relations initiatives, and collaborating with the sales team to drive growth and brand recognition. Additionally, the role entails leading and mentoring a team to achieve strategic marketing objectives. Qualifications Expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management to develop and implement effective strategies that drive business growth.Strong skills in Market Research and Public Relations to understand trends, identify opportunities, and build the company’s public image.Experience in Sales and the ability to collaborate with sales teams to ensure goal alignment.Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive high-performing marketing teams.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.Flexibility to work on-site in Dorado and a proven track record in a similar leadership role.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.Experience in the gaming or technology sector is a significant advantage.
