Our commitment to disciplined planning and accountable project management drives exceptional results for our clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, in-office/on-site role for a Project Estimator based in the Galveston County and Greater Houston area. The Project Estimator will be responsible for reviewing project requirements, specifications, and drawings to ensure incoming bids are complete and accurate. Responsibilities include collaborating with subcontractors, project management, engineers, and architects, ensuring consistency and accuracy in and maintaining strong communication throughout the bidding process.QualificationsMust be able to read and interpret commercial construction drawings (architectural, civil, structural, and MEP) and verify subcontractor scope from plans and specifications.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperience in construction estimatingAttention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skillsExperience with the construction industry and familiarity with project lifecycleDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
