Human Resources Specialist
Our client is seeking an HR Specialist to provide hands-on HR support for two recently acquired, non-union manufacturing sites. This is a foundational role focused on establishing HR fundamentals, supporting employees and managers day-to-day, and helping integrate systems and processes into a global organization. The role offers meaningful exposure and long-term growth potential.Key Responsibilities:Provide on-site HR support including onboarding, employee relations, and policy administrationMaintain HR systems, documentation, and people data with strong attention to detailSupport recruiting coordination, payroll alignment, and HR integration projectsBuild trusted relationships with employees in small, close-knit site environmentsIdeal Candidate Profile:2-4 years of early-career HR Generalist or HR Specialist with solid fundamentals preferably in a manufacturing environmentHighly organized, systems-oriented, and comfortable building processes from scratchTech-savvy with HRIS tools, spreadsheets, and documentationCurious, proactive, and interested in long-term HR career growth
