Technical Solutions Architect
This role sits within the North American Technical Enablement team and is ideal for a hands-on technical professional looking to further develop expertise in Sage Intacct and related technical solutions. The Technical Solutions Architect partners with internal teams and external partners to provide technical guidance, enablement, and implementation support while continuing to build toward expert-level capability. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, eager to expand both technical and functional knowledge, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is focused on strengthening technical competency, driving partner success, and supporting positive customer outcomes. The position works closely with Sales, Customer Support, Account Executives, project teams, and global colleagues to support pre-sales, implementation, post-implementation activities, and knowledge sharing across teams. This is a hybrid position, 3 days per week onsite.
