*Servers here turn into the most well-rounded workers, able to accomplish most front of house tasks at any pace!* Without Servers, it is obvious that we wouldn't be able to operate, so we extend our invite to the viewer of this position to consider applying here! After a few days of training with some of our great servers, you could become (if not already) an amazing server with many regulars requesting you at the Host Stand! Take home your tips at the end of everyday, and enjoy the fruits of you labor! Servers here learn to: * Manage their time perfectly to tend to their guests. * Flow quickly between each task on hand * Open and close most areas of the front of the house * How the rotation of being sat a table works, so that if ever a guest is waiting at the Host Stand, they can be sat as quickly as possible to make ensure their happiness. * Study menus the best way possible to quickly understand it and answer the majority of our clients questions. * (If you'd like, you can also learn to make bar drinks!) Little to no serving experience is required, we are more than happy to get you started in the restaurant business from the ground up. The main requirements for this role are that you must be 18 years or older to be able to serve alcohol, and a smile on your face!
