From start to finish, we're committed to delivering high-quality results and building lasting client relationships.About the RoleSenior Project ManagerThe Senior Project Manager plans and leads key industrial projects from inception to completion, managing design, resources, timelines, costs, and scope. This role is responsible for the performance and development of assigned project staff.Position Logistics:Work Environment: On-SiteLocation & Project Information: This will be a large datacenter project located near Bismarck, NDWork Schedule: Based on project schedule needs.Work Type: Full Time, ExemptTravel Details: This is a traveling position (up to 100%), where you will be located onsite at a project location for the duration of the project. Per diem will be provided for those traveling greater than 75 miles form their home address. This position will be eligible for routine travel home. Preference may be given to candidates who are located in Bismarck or Fargo, NDPosition Responsibilities:Project Management & OversightDirect high-profile project meetings and manage complex stakeholder interactions.Resolve major project issues to ensure project continuity.Lead the development of high-level project strategies and plans.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.Oversee the documentation process for high-profile and complex projects, ensuring accuracy and integration.Schedule, Budget, and Subcontractor ManagementDevelop and manage large-scale project budgets and financial planning.Implement cost control measures and oversee financial reporting, including the review and approval of revenue change orders.Manage subcontractor relationships on multiple large projects.Negotiate major contracts and resolve high-impact subcontractor issues.Compliance & CloseoutDirect the project closeout process and manage client relationships.Ensure thorough completion of all project requirements and post-construction support and quality that meets or exceeds project expectations.SafetyReview and address safety performance and incidents.Attend all required safety trainings and meetings.LeadershipMotivate and mentor the project management and project engineering team.Drive organizational change and improvement within the construction department.General ResponsibilitiesPerform other duties as assignedAll employees are responsible for the general upkeep of work and shared spacedPunctual and regular attendance is required of all employeesWe're Seeking Individuals Who Have:Strong knowledge of construction logistics, plan, and shop drawing coordination, along with scope managementProven ability to build partnerships and trust with internal/external partnersProven ability to deliver presentations and negotiate effectively with clients and subcontractors.Track record of ensuring accuracy and quality in complex project documentation.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple or large projects.Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to mentor, motivate and direct team members and project partnersAdvanced understanding of contractual, financial, schedule and risk mitigation elements of construction projectsDemonstrates expertise in estimating, budgeting, and pre-planning aspects of projectsHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Microsoft ProjectAdvanced Bluebeam, Procore and other construction management solution experienceQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.10+ years of industrial construction experience, showing progressive growth in or toward a project management role.OSHA 10 certification preferredTotal Rewards ApproachOur salary ranges are established based on a combination of market data, internal equity, and the unique characteristics of our organization such as our size, revenue, and industry.
