Warehouse Associate- Forklift Exp/CertificationJob Title: Warehouse Associate (Inventory / Forklift Required) Location: Santa Fe Springs / Cerritos (90703) Pay Rate: $21.00/hourPosition Overview: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Associate to support inventory and distribution operations in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on inventory control, put-aways, replenishment, and forklift operation within a facility that handles alcohol products.Key Responsibilities:Perform shipping & receiving, including unloading and verifying inbound shipmentsComplete accurate inventory counts and cycle countsPerform put-aways, placing product into designated warehouse locations (including high-level racking)Execute product replenishment from high-level storage to picking locationsPick, stage, and prepare orders using pick-to-pallet methodsFull case picking (25-60 lbs)Palletize and shrink-wrap products to ensure safe transportMaintain warehouse cleanliness, including general cleaning and organization of work areasOperate warehouse equipment safely and efficientlyUtilize RF scanners, voice picking (Lucas), and WMS systems for inventory trackingMaintain accurate system updates and inventory recordsQualifications:Previous warehouse experience requiredExperience with inventory control, cycle counts, put-aways, and product replenishmentExperience working with high-level racking and pick locationsForklift certification required NO EXCEPTIONSExperience operating: stand-up & sit-down forklifts (counterbalance), reach trucks, electric pallet jacks, Equipment Classes I, II, and IIIExperience with RF scanning, WMS systems, and voice picking (Lucas preferred)Pick-to-pallet experience requiredSAP experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be 21 years or older due to handling and distribution of alcoholic products
