The firm's work spans civic, educational, healthcare, commercial, and community-centered projects, with a strong emphasis on design excellence, sustainability, and client collaboration.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Interior Designer Manager to lead the firm's FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) efforts across multiple project types. This role is ideal for a highly organized, design-oriented professional who excels in both creative direction and technical execution.The Interior Designer Manager will oversee FF&E strategy from concept through installation, collaborate closely with architects and clients, and ensure design intent is maintained across all phases of the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage FF&E design, specification, procurement, and installation across multiple projectsDevelop cohesive interior design concepts aligned with architectural vision and client goalsProduce and review finish palettes, material boards, and FF&E packagesManage vendor relationships, pricing, and product sourcingCoordinate FF&E budgets, schedules, and procurement timelinesOversee documentation and integration of interior design packages into Revit-based project workflowsCollaborate with project architects, consultants, and clients throughout all project phasesConduct site visits and support installation to ensure quality and design consistencyProject TypesThis role will contribute to interior design across a wide range of project sectors, including:Civic + Municipal FacilitiesEducational (K-12 and Higher Education)Healthcare + Wellness EnvironmentsCommercial + Office SpacesCommunity and Public Use SpacesQualificationsMinimum 10+ years of professional interior design experience, with leadership responsibilitiesProven experience managing FF&E programs from concept through installationStrong proficiency in Revit (required)NCIDQ certification preferred, but not requiredDemonstrated experience working across multiple project types (civic, education, healthcare, or commercial preferred)Strong knowledge of materials, specifications, building codes, and industry standardsExcellent communication, organization, and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a collaborative team environmentWhy Join This Firm?Opportunity to lead impactful work across diverse, community-focused projectsCollaborative and design-driven studio cultureStrong visibility and ownership in shaping interior environmentsCompetitive compensation and career growth opportunities
