Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to oversee new store projects in the U.S. and Central / South America. The ideal candidate will manage store openings, construction, and communication with franchisees and general contractors (GCs), ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities: - Manage new store projects as a Project Manager in the U.S. and Central / South America. - Oversee and supervise interior construction and site management. - Design floor and elevation plans for new stores. - Communicate with franchisees and GCs to manage requirements and expectations. - Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met. Qualifications: - Fluency in both English and Korean. - Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and Illustrator. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred Experience: - Degree in Interior Design or experience in the restaurant industry. - Valid driver's license. - Availability for international travel, including extended stays. More Info Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) Salary: To be determined after the interview.
