As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth seating process. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Manage reservations and walk-ins, ensuring efficient seating and table rotation. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Communicate wait times to guests accurately and professionally. Assist in answering phone calls, taking reservations, and providing restaurant information. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entrance area. Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism. Assist with light cleaning and setup as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in a host or customer service role is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Professional appearance and friendly attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
