Your ability to troubleshoot, make decisions, and maintain standards directly impacts production success and customer satisfaction.Production & PerformanceSet up, operate, and troubleshoot production lines (gel pack manufacturing)Ensure production meets output targets, quality standards, and delivery schedulesMonitor line performance and make real-time adjustments to maintain efficiencyQuality AssuranceEnsure all products meet specifications and quality requirementsVerify packaging, labeling, and finished goods accuracyEquipment & MaintenanceIdentify and escalate equipment issues to maintenance as neededMaintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areasComplete all required production and quality documentationCommunicate effectively with supervisors regarding safety, quality, and production concernsSupport smooth shift transitions through clear communicationMechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting equipmentStrong attention to detail and data-driven decision-makingAbility to lead by example and support team performanceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 3 months as a PSI Assistant Machine Operator or relevant experienceExperience with vertical form fill and seal equipment preferredHands-on experience with production equipment and processesImpact: Your work directly contributes to product quality and customer satisfactionAt Pelton Shepherd Industries, we don't just operate machines—we drive performance, quality, and continuous improvement.22-26 Hourly Wage
