Landscape Maintenance

Landscape Maintenance Point, TX $15 / per hour ContractSNELLING, a locally owned & operated staffing and recruiting firm is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join a maintenance team at our client near Lake Tawakoni for the summer season. This role is primarily focused on the upkeep of local properties through consistent mowing and weed eating. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining a clean, professional landscape. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform primary mowing duties using zero-turn and push mowers.Operate weed eaters to maintain edges and hard-to-reach areas.Report daily to the Maintenance Foreman for task assignments.Maintain a safe and efficient work pace throughout the day.This position does not involve operating chainsaws or complex landscaping tasks like planting or flower bed maintenance. Requirements & QualificationsAge: Must be at least 18 years of age.Physical Ability: Must be physically capable of working outdoors in the heat and various weather elements for the duration of the shift.Experience: Previous experience in outdoor labor or landscaping is preferred; however, we will consider candidates who can demonstrate comfort and stamina in high-temperature environments.Location: Candidates must reside within a short commuting distance of Point, TX (Zip: 75472).Transportation: A valid driver's license is preferred. Candidates without a license may be considered if they are able to ride along with other crew members to job sites.Interviews: Qualified candidates must be available to interview with the hiring manager and Maintenance Foreman.Work ScheduleStandard business hours with a start date in early MaySummer Flexibility: During periods of extreme heat, the schedule may transition to earlier hours to ensure the safety and productivity of the crew.
