We help medical practices run more smoothly by handling things like remote administrative support, medical billing, credentialing, and operational consulting. If you're the person who sees a messy process and immediately starts sketching out how to fix it — we should talk.What you'll actually be doing:You'll be the operational backbone of our team — keeping workflows on track, bringing the right people on board (locally and internationally), and making sure our clients feel taken care of. Day-to-day, that looks like managing internal operations, leading recruiting and hiring efforts, overseeing onboarding and training, and working closely with leadership on planning and systems improvement.
