Operations & Workforce Development Manager Healthcare Services | Part-Time | Hybrid | 1099 ContractorWe're a growing healthcare consulting, management, and staffing company — the kind that actually rolls up its sleeves. We help medical practices run more smoothly by handling things like remote administrative support, medical billing, credentialing, and operational consulting. It's meaningful work, and we're building a team that takes pride in it.Right now, we're looking for someone who genuinely thrives on building structure out of chaos. If you're the person who sees a messy process and immediately starts sketching out how to fix it — we should talk.What you'll actually be doing:You'll be the operational backbone of our team — keeping workflows on track, bringing the right people on board (locally and internationally), and making sure our clients feel taken care of. Day-to-day, that looks like managing internal operations, leading recruiting and hiring efforts, overseeing onboarding and training, and working closely with leadership on planning and systems improvement. You'll also help put quality control measures in place and coordinate across client accounts.It's a hands-on role, and no two days will look exactly the same.You're probably a great fit if you:Have a background in healthcare operations and know how the industry worksHave experience recruiting and hiring — especially for remote or international rolesAre the kind of leader people actually want to followKnow your way around medical billing or credentialing (a plus, not a dealbreaker)Are comfortable managing remote teams and keeping everyone aligned across time zonesAre organized to a fault and genuinely enjoy building systems that lastA few logistics:This is a part-time position — roughly 10 to 15 hours per week— with hybrid flexibility.
