Our kitchen is open to an Executive Chef who can bring that positivity and team leadership to the kitchen. Ingredients needed: Cooking skills and experience in a high profile, high volume Steakhouse. Technology understanding: Open Table, POS... A stable work record. Experience reporting P&L, Food and Labor Costs, Inventory with a history of having responsibility for financials in the past.
