Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$270,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yrThe Medical Director will be responsible for leading the development of the organization’s drug candidates. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of all phases of clinical development and will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement clinical development strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.Support the design and execution of clinical development plans.Partner with internal teams, CROs, and external vendors to oversee the conduct of studies from start-up through completion.Provide clinical and medical expertise for protocols, statistical analysis plans, regulatory submissions, and scientific publications.Serve as medical monitor and subject matter expert, ensuring the safety of study participants and supporting pharmacovigilance reporting requirements.QUALIFICATIONS:Physician with board certification/eligibility.Experience in clinical development within rare disease or specialty therapeutic areas preferred.Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionResearch #J-18808-Ljbffr
